RMLS Boosts Realtor Training with World Class e-Learning Solution

Planet Productions Teams with RMLS to Deliver Sophisticated Analysis Tool

Planet Productions, an expert in custom e-learning solutions, today announced that Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) has chosen Planet Productions to help them with a new, online tutorial program that will increase productivity and expedite use of real estate tools for new and seasoned realtors listed as members of RMLS.

“The newly released, customized learning system developed by Planet Productions has already exceeded expectations, saving up front orientation time for new realtors, who can begin training right away, learn at their own pace, and subsequently jump start their business without the month-long waiting period that often precedes the start of traditional training classes,” said Kurt Von Wasmuth, Information Services Manager for RMLS.

RMLS is the nationwide real estate listing entity that is used locally by about 11,000 real estate agents in 38 counties in Oregon and SW Washington, with about 1000 new agents becoming members of the listing service in this region each year. Given the changing tide in the housing market Planet Production’s e-learning is a timely answer that will position RMLS to serve customers with the most prompt and comprehensive information available with a quick turnaround response time by realtors. According to Von Wasmuth, “this ultimately allows realtors to be more focused and provide better service for their clients.” Beyond beginner training, Planet’s e-learning tutorial serves to enhance the skills of seasoned realtors by offering a familiarization with all tools available on RMLSweb while bringing users with various levels of computer skills up to speed.

RMLS plans to engage Planet Productions in further training programs soon due to the outstanding results the firm has experienced to date.
