Planet Productions to present at this year's ASTD Regional Conference

Jerry McCorkle of Planet Productions is presenting at next month's ASTD Regional Conference. Jerry will be kicking off the "Beyond E-learning" track of break out sessions with a blended experience titled Meaningful Play.

Increasingly, learning professionals are dissatisfied with the results of lack luster e-learning. When results matter they are turning to meaningful multi-media games and simulations to realize the full power of web-based training. We will review the current research supporting the implementation of simulations and games in adult learning. Participants will experience real world examples of these tools in action. The group will then brainstorm ideas on how games and simulations can help solve their organizations’ current challenges.
